About me

My approach

For me, integrative medicine means that experience and science from different medical systems are brought together. This creates a more differentiated and ultimately more complete understanding of health and disease.

Both the modern medicine of the 'West' and the ancient wisdom of the 'East' enrich and inspire my work as a homeopathic doctor and yoga therapist.

But the heart of my work is individualised therapy.

Every person is unique. This is also reflected in the complaints - the interplay of the physical and psycho-emotional level, taking into account the living conditions, results in an individual picture of symptoms and resources.

I try to strengthen the latter with yoga therapy exercises while the homeopathic anamnesis helps to find a remedy that best fits the entirety of symptoms.

The body in all its facets and levels fascinates and inspires me.

The questions:

  • 'What is health?'

  • 'How do reach my own perfect health and maintain it?'

  • 'What is the psycho-emotional theme underlying a physical symptom?'

  • 'How can I identify and strengthen resources?'

have occupied me for a long time.

I study modern western as well as traditional eastern approaches with great interest.

For me, empathy and respect for the individual life story of each person are the basis of a profound and healing human connection.
